Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds are only accepted in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a refund or replacement.

  • To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
