Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds are only accepted in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
